Commercial Roofing

Texas Showcase Roofing is a leader in the commercial roofing industry, offering a variety of roof types, including TPO and urethane/silicone systems that increase energy efficiency.

Quality, Reliability, Service, Warranty

We provide Warranties from the best commercial roof systems in the industry, such as Everroof, GACO, GAF, and Versico.   Each commercial roof project is graded by a Manufacturer’s Representative to insure that the manufacturer’s standards are met.

For Flat or Low-Pitch commercial roofs, TPO single-ply roofing membranes provide unparalleled protection.

Single-ply roofing membranes have welded seams resulting in a virtually leak-proof roof with high-wind resistance. This membrane delivers a significant reduction in energy costs as it reflects up to 88% of the Sun’s energy (compared to 5% with hot-tar). With warranties of up to 20 years, a single-ply roof can last twice as long as a traditional hot-tar roof.

Urethane/Silicone Roof Coatings

With 20 year to 50 year warranties, these roof systems give the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to commercial flat roof systems.

The result is a seamless, waterproof, energy efficient roof system for about half the price of any other flat roof system on the market. These systems also provide no interruption of business while being applied.

For Pitched Commercial roofs, a metal roof done by Texas Showcase Roofing adds beauty and durability. Metal roofs are long-lasting and resist corrosion better than traditional roofs. Increased protection from snow, ice and high-winds are some of the benefits of metal roofs.

Count on a metal roof to last. Most metal roofs can last 40 to 60 years, or longer. They come in a variety of styles and colors so you can easily find a roof that matches the architecture of your structure.

Modified Bitumen Membranes

Modified Bitumen roofing membranes make low-slope roofs durable and weather-resistant.
Bitumen is standard asphalt reinforced with fiberglass or polyester matting to increase strength and durability.

The two most common types of Bitumen are SBS and APP.

  • SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) increases the flexibility of the membrane and allows it to have stronger expansion and contraction capabilities.
  • APP (attactic polypropylene) increases the aging ability of the roof system.

SBS is often the more popular system as the synthetic rubber additive increases the products flexibility. A standard SBS modified bitumen roof system is a two-ply system applied in rolls that overlap the edge of the previous roll.

GAF & Versico PVC

Versico PVC roofing is the best choice for a flat commercial roof. The resistance to punctures and tears makes it low-maintenance. The seam strength can withstand extreme temperature fluctuations and protect from rooftop foot traffic and construction.

Versico PVC commercial roofs are cost-effective and highly reflective, lowering operating costs by reducing air conditioning useage. These ENERGY STAR® qualified, CRRC rated can contribute to LEED® credit requirements. The PVC is recyclable when it reaches the end of its service life.

Versico PVC comes in a variety of colors, thicknesses and optional reinforced membranes. Warranties for Versico PVC commercial roofs range from 5 to 30 years.

Asphalt Roof

The most common type of flat commercial roof is a Built-Up Roof system of asphalt or coal tar. The tar is heated and applied by mop or mechanical spreader. Asphalt is a petroleum product refined from crude oil; coal tar is derived from the distillation of coal.

Asphalt roofs involve building up a thick surface aggregate (such as gravel, slag or mineral granules), glass-fiber or mineral surfaced cap sheets, hot asphalt mopped over the entire surface, aluminum coatings or elastomeric coatings. This requires a solid roof structures that can withstand the weight of the aggregate.
